Hi - I'm Barbi Marengo
Product & Brand Strategist, Systems Architect and Founder of Product Mavens.
For more than two decades, I’ve lived at the intersection of product, brand, and business strategy, helping indie founders turn scrappy, chaotic growth into something intentional, profitable, and scalable.
I’ve built products from scratch.
I’ve developed brands that grew from market stalls to retail shelves across North America and Africa.
I’ve rebuilt systems that were once held together with hope and duct tape.
But more importantly, I’ve sat in the trenches with founders — as their chaos companion, strategic translator, and quietly forceful guide.
What I’ve learned is this: scaling isn’t about doing more or working harder. It’s about aligning what you make with why it matters, and building the systems and mindset that can sustain growth.
